Knifecatchers is back

|
I've decided to bring the blog back with a few changes.

  1. All existing comments have been removed.
  2. Comments are not allowed.
  3. A handful of old posts that caused me more grief than they were worth have been removed.
I realize comments are a traditional feature of blogs. But they can also be a soapbox for idiots and the Alameda "asshole contingent" (a very apt phrase I got in an email from a reader), I'm not interested in dealing with it. So no comments. If you want to get ahold of me, find a way, or better yet, shut up.

The goal of this blog is to be an archive of the Alameda real estate market in the late 2000s, not to be a forum to exchange opinions, barbs and jokes or spew belligerent opinions and insult me when I point out your lack of factual support. As such I'll just keep documenting listings as I have in the past (except less regularly), and you dear readers are welcome to continue reading this blog as if it were a good old-fashioned newspaper editorial.

Thanks to all of you who have expressed your support.
