Combine a busy schedule with what looks like a Spring-bounce-ready market full of new listings, and you get a much abbreviated, but hopefully still informative, threefer post. It's always a great time to buy.

The kicker is that all three of these great investments are significantly overpriced and have very little chance of meeting my third assumption.
