It's on 1059 Foster. 2 Bedrooms/1.5 Baths, 2-car garage,built in 1989 in the Normandy are on Harbor Bay. Deutsche Bank bought the note from previous lender, Downey Savings who refinanced the house in 2005. Previous owner had bought this in 2003 for $437,500. Could be one of those cases where owner used the house as a piggy bank and re-financed. As you know, Downey Savings won't approve any requests/applications for short sales. So the owner didn't have short sale as a way out when he was underwater.
