Sparkle--386 Anchor Way, Alameda, CA
Today's new listing is a good-sized condo on Anchor Way, a short street in the East End near the bay/bird sanctuary (MLS #40360023). The specs are fairly unremarkable:
Astute readers pointed out this is the same unit I wrote about again just yesterday.

3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, 1,321 sqft, built in 1972, listed in early August, 2008 for $436,500The location is nice and quiet, although the architecture (or lack thereof) of the surrounding homes doesn't have much to recommend it. There's an accepted offer on this sparkle property, likely right around asking price.
Thanks for the update. I'll post the sale whenever it does appear on sfgate or other places.
I wish there were a way to list recently updated posts in the sidebar--I've been updating old posts semi-consistently when the sale data become available, but I fear those updates get lost in the shuffle.
