I have no way of knowing, unfortunately, but it seems reasonable to assume it sold given the price. It's almost a million, but it's still about 3-4% less than it sold 3 years ago, so in this market someone might have thought it a bargain.
The agent's site says it's pending. Her site is very nice and up-to-date, so it's probably current information. Congrats, this one didn't last long.
